What happens after I place an order?

After selecting a resume package, you will be asked to fill out a simple questionnaire related to your career as well as positions you're targeting. We then ask you to upload your current resume in Word format or give us the necessary information in our resume template.

Your career expert will reach out in 24 hours with feedback and questions (if any) to clarify about your resume. Respond to these questions and you can expect a well-crafted resume within 2 business days.

How is my privacy protected?

We take privacy seriously at CareerSifu which is why we will never share your resume or contact and payment details with anyone.

Is the turnaround time in business days?

Yes. Our unwavering commitment to quality takes time and effort. But please feel free to let us know beforehand if you are in a rush and we will try our best to accommodate an earlier delivery.

How will I communicate with my career expert?

Once you purchase a package you will exchange questions and responses with your career expert via emails/calls/WhatsApp.

Can I meet with my career expert?

A one-on-one coaching session applies only to our Perfect Hire package and comprises a 1.5-hour long workshop on successful interviewing. We will agree on a public meeting place that is quiet and secure in KL/Selangor. If you are in a different location, your career expert will arrange for a Skype session.

Topics that our interview coach will cover include and is not limited to: Crafting a solid self-introduction, brainstorming to ace Competency-based Questions, structuring your answers using the STAR (situation, task, actions, results) method, asking questions that impress, and developing a non-verbal communication strategy that succeeds in the interview room. To maximize this session, we encourage you to think of questions you’d like to ask us beforehand, or specify topics of interest or areas for improvement that you’d like to focus more on.
